On its website, the market – or the International Food Festival, as it's called – announces that it will visit 25 different cities in Sweden. One of the cities is Skellefteå.
The festival will be held in the city centre from August 19 to 23, offering a chance for Skellefteå residents and visitors alike to embark on a global culinary adventure. Prepare for a tantalising variety, from Polish delights and Hungarian langos to Transylvanian specialties such as stuffed peppers and cevapcici.
Last year, there were more than 35 different food stalls, offering food from 22 countries.
